Uganda Visas can be obtained from their e-visa site or on arrival at Entebbe International Airport for a fee of $50.
It is conducive to visit Uganda all throughout the year. The rainy months (Oct - Nov) usually have fewer travelers, making it quite easy to get a gorilla permit.
