Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you are welcomed by your professional safari guide. After a short briefing, you are transferred to your hotel in Kampala or Jinja. Depending on your arrival time, you may enjoy a relaxing evening and dinner. Overnight is at the hotel.
After breakfast, depart for Murchison Falls National Park, Uganda’s largest and most diverse protected area. The drive passes through picturesque countryside, rural villages, and small towns. Upon arrival, check in at your lodge and, if time allows, visit the top of Murchison Falls, where the Nile plunges through a narrow gorge. Dinner and overnight are at the lodge.
The day starts with an early morning game drive in the northern savannah plains to spot elephants, lions, buffaloes, giraffes, and antelopes. After lunch at the lodge, enjoy a boat cruise on the Nile River, traveling to the base of Murchison Falls to see hippos, crocodiles, and diverse birdlife. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
After breakfast, travel southwest to Kibale Forest National Park, renowned for its chimpanzee population and diverse primates. The drive passes through rolling hills and tea plantations, with a lunch stop en route. Arrive at your lodge in the late afternoon, relax, and enjoy dinner and overnight.
After an early breakfast, proceed for chimpanzee tracking in Kibale Forest. Accompanied by expert guides, you trek through the rainforest to observe chimpanzees and other primates like colobus monkeys and red-tailed monkeys. After the trek, enjoy lunch and then transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park, arriving in the late afternoon. Dinner and overnight are at the lodge.
Begin the day with an early morning game drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park to spot lions, elephants, buffaloes, and Uganda kob. After the drive, enjoy a boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel, famous for hippos, crocodiles, and birdlife. After lunch, transfer south to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. You trek through the dense forest to locate a habituated gorilla family and spend one unforgettable hour observing them. After the trek, return to the lodge for lunch and rest. Overnight is near Bwindi, giving you time to relax before the long journey back to Entebbe the next day.
After breakfast, you begin the long drive back to Entebbe. The journey is scenic, passing through rolling hills and rural villages, with lunch en route. You arrive in Entebbe in the late afternoon or evening for your onward flight or overnight stay.
